30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Luveve gear. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Tags must be attached (for jerseys and cooling towels)
- Item must be in its original packaging
How to Start a Return
Email support@luveve.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange. Email us and we'll sort it out.
